My Policy:

*Monthly tuition is due on the first lesson of each month. I prefer cash, and accept check, and payment through Venmo and Zelle.

*Due to the fact that my studio is my source of income, I have to be consistent with my policy. My policy mirrors that of other local music studios. Please note the following:
​
*Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. This can be done via email, but preferred by text. This will allow me the chance to offer your time slot out to another student for make-up lessons. You have the option to reschedule. All missed lessons will still require payment.

*All rescheduled lessons must take place within the same month as the missed lesson. If the missed lesson occurs within the last week of the month, then a reasonable time will be considered for the make-up date. If a missed lesson is not made up within the allotted time frame, the missed lesson payment will still be due with that month's tuition.

*I understand that sickness comes up and that sometimes 24 hours notice cannot be given. I completely understand these circumstances. However, this missed lesson still needs to be rescheduled. Again, if this missed lesson is not made up within the allotted time frame, that missed lesson payment will still be due with that month's tuition.

*Please be considerate of your lesson time slot. Be ready for your lesson with your supplies so you can maximize your learning.

*I ask that there be NO food/candy/drinks brought throughout the house. Please respect that I am teaching from my home and limit activity to the downstairs only.

My studio is a year-round studio. The months of June, July and August will be handled on a "per student" basis considering camps and vacations. I'll normally take a week off at Christmas and perhaps Spring Break. Students are given the opportunity to perform in a Christmas and Spring Recital to demonstrate the progress made throughout the semester. Recitals are not required, only encouraged. In the past, we have performed our recitals at the Northwest Branch Library, Grace Care at Northpointe, and Goodson Middle School in Cy-Fair ISD.
