I have studied flute under Kathy Wadenpfuhl at Lamar University and Dr. Sydney Carlson at The University of Houston.
My honors include the following: Texas All-State Band member(1997), Undergraduate Winner of the Denise Jennings Solo Competition (2001), Master Class participant under Marina Piccinini (1998), Thomas Robertello (2001), and Alexa Still (2002).

I truly thank God every day for gifting me with a musical ability that I am able to share with others. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to pass this gift on to you and your family. I would appreciate any help from you to encourage your students through their musical journey. I look forward to the opportunity of helping students understand and appreciate music and the pleasure it can bring to the human soul.
